I still can't believe John Boehner is siding up with Odummer on attacking Syria...If Congress agrees with Boehn Head and "Lurch" Kerry and gives the green light to do this IMHO it will go down as one of the biggest foreign policy mistakes this Country has ever made...

Say we fire off 200 cruise missiles with selected military targets, some will be shot down by the very good, modern Russian air defense batteries recently set up and manned by Russian Military Technicians so all that falling debris will likely hit civilians on both sides not to mention the Russian advisers if we target the missile sites....Not Good, both sides will be holding up dead babies for all the worlds media to see...

If some cruise missles do get through to their targets which will likely be abandoned by the time we get around to doing it we might at best blow up a couple buildings and make holes in a few runways...Big Deal, 500 million tax dollars spent and absolutely nothing gained but hey, we got the money, right?...

After the attack begins which ever side that has control of the Chemical weapons, perhaps both will release it on civilians, the Rebels saying Assad did it again or the opposite, Assad releasing it saying the U.S. missile strikes hit a chemical weapons site blowing it up and killing thousands of innocents so no mater what really happens it will be Americas fault...

Wars should be fought with everything you have and with nothing held back and it's a bloody, horrible but sometimes necessary business....The United States has everything to lose and nothing to gain by attacking Syria and we should just let them fight it out to the death and in the end whoever wins we can deal with but no matter which side wins they will still hate American Infidels and want to kill us all!!!!.....This is a very dangerous lose/lose game Obummer is playing just to try and save face but is exactly what I would expect from the great and powerful community organizer who draws red lines in the sand....

Bonner seems to have forgotten that when we went to war with Iraq that Saddam Hussein had gassed thousands of Kurds. Back then the battle cry from the left was, "No blood for oil." The left wasn't concerned with the use of poison gas in Iraq. To show Syria how wrong it is to gas their own people, the left wants to rain missiles down upon them. My aren't we benevolent? I thought when Obama bowed to Arab Kings that was supposed to bring peace to the Middle East. Maybe he should have grabbed his ankles. (Yes, RevRay, I know that Bonner is spelled Boehner. The word police wouldn't let me spell Bonner with only one n.)

There has been civil war in muslim lands since Mohammed died, with two major sects, the Shiites and the Sunni's fighting it out over some stupid rule over who is eligible to be the Grand Poobah or something to that effect, This war has been going on for some 1400 years or so, and is the cause of many of the wars among the muslim populations. Let them fight it out. Nothing we do will gain respect from either side, although we've been tight with the Saudi's (Sunni) since they agreed to trade oil in dollars only, in return for our protection. The US has benefitted greatly from this arrangement, as countries had to buy US dollars to pay for oil from OPEC countries, but it looks as if that is falling apart and the Petro Dollar, will soon be a thing of the past, along with our economy that it has propped up for so long. Now we have Iran selling oil to China for gold or Chinese currency. We need to just sit back, and let them sort things out amongst them selves. As Muggsy pointed out, there was no great concern when Saddam gassed 50,000 or so Kurds, so why are we rattling our sabers, over some alleged incidents that cannot be proven, as to who gassed whom. And it was by no means anywhere near 50,000 victims. That stupid poster keeps popping into my head, the one showing the young libtard girl saying she didn't know how cool war was until Obama tried to start one. Makes me wonder, is that really the mindset of the young libtards? If Bush did something, anything, it was the most horrible thing in the world, but if Obama does the same thing, oh How COOL! The hypocrisy totally blows my mind. Whatever happened with our young people? War used to be horrible, and nothing they wanted anything to do with. I suppose since the Communists or Progessives as they like to be called are in powerful positions these days, they no longer need to finance the Anti-War movement, particularly since we are not fighting a communist regime.
