I believe that Obama has a point. The world did draw the red line, but I don't recall the world asking him to enforce it. I'm not sure that lobbing missiles at Syria's people is the right way to prove that gassing the Syrian people is wrong. But,that's just me.

Iraq gassed the Turds and the Iranians no one did a thing on the world stage
Syria hasn't been punished previously. They may be getting set up by the rebels.

When I heard him say for the first time "Crossed the Red Line" He did not give the impression at all that he was speaking for the world at large. He was speaking for him self being the "Commander in Chief". He is like to think he's good at twisting words to mean something else. That mostly works for those that voted for him.
