  • How can people be so stupid.

    http://www.sacbee.com/2013/09/13/573...e-measure.html

There aren't any jobs for Americans let alone these illegal scum. Yet democRATS with a few rino's just keep piling on to the push to make REAL Americans 3rd class citizens.

I think it's only fair to give them drivers licenses, otherwise would they wouldn't be able to vote. You guys are just mean.

chillax daddy-o. I live in Kali and have no problem with this IF the law is followed equally for all. Why:
If they have licenses, they need to pay for registration and insurance to legally drive. If they don't, they get a ticket. If they don't pay the ticket, the car gets impounded the next time they are pulled over. Then they owe fines plus towing plus impound charges plus registration plus insurance. If they don't pay, they lose it all. At least there is a chance fore the State to get something. As of now, they drive illegally and the State doesn't get a crack at trying to get anything from them. Also LEO now has something to start IDing them. Not much to lose and all to gain. Should have been done a long time ago. The Kali economy is built on illegals(read cheap labor). Time for everyone to get over the hard truth and come to grips with it. Same with the South when 4 southern states wanted to succeed from the Union. Lincoln (the emancipator -not) knew that the South's economy was built on slave labor and that the North benefited from it. He was very reluctant to abolish slavery because of that. For Lincoln, preserving the Union was paramount over the slavery issue.

Second, if you think illegals cannot afford registration and insurance then they will never get a license, the status quo remains and the law has no meaning. Nothing lost, nothing gained, nothing to be upset about other than our legislators wasting time trying to pass a law that has no real impact on anything.

OK Bawanna, if you need to ban me, do it quickly so I wont feel the pain.

illegal immigrants are gonna buy insurance and pay fines? Sorry, I don't see it. No offense meant to you personally.

I did a paper back in college on illegals and the California economy and came to the same conclusion. Don't mean it's right. Just sayin'.

You have some valid points. Except the car is probably their cousins whose name they forgot, so they don't care if it gets impounded.

They said this will allow them to be legal so they don't have to impound and cost the poor illegals their hardly earned money.

Your right most won't bother with a license anyhow. They didn't bother with citizenship, so a driver license is hardly worth mentioning.

They don't seem to need a driver license to vote 13 times so that won't change either I reckon.

Bawanna, thank you for the spanking, you are 1000% correct. I forgot about the voting matter. I humbly believe that it was a bad thing to approve. You all are right on that. However, this State is hurting badly for money. Any source of revenue is welcomed here as long as it is not a business trying to make a dollar and pay into the system.

If all these pro illegal morons would get the experience of having an illegal move next door to THEM, they would understand. Again, this evening, after telling these illiterate scumbags 3 times to stay off our hoop and property, they all went out and played on it again this afternoon, and refused to move out of the street when my wife pulled up from work. My homeowners president is contacting our homeowners attorney, since washington county has no limits on home occupancy and no longer allows HOA's to enforce parking rules, which they have done purely to the benefit of slum living illegals, to see if we have any recourse. He's as worried about our neighborhood turning into a slum as much as I and a few of my neighbors are. My other neighbors are too afraid to say or do anything and these illegals are in our face all the time. If you think you are safe, just wait, it only takes ONE of them to move in, then they move in 2 or 4 more families and 10 more cars and get in your face if you object at all. We are trying as fast as we can to get our house ready for sale before any of the neighbors get the same idea. I'm just glad we have a lot of equity. And I carry my Kahr and Glock with me at all times now. Will be putting up the new night cameras tomorrow.

And we finally gave in and moved our hoop into our driveway. If they take it out, I'm calling the cops.

The State isn't hurting for money, because the people aren't taxed enough. The State is hurting for money because it spends too much on liberal folly. You didn't slap him hard enough, Bawanna.

The state is short of money because it's supporting a few million illegals who draw from the state infrastructure but don't contribute to it.

IE:free ****! Hospitals, welfare, food stamps, on and on and on.

Your population census isn't even remotely close to your actual population.

They could never earn near enough to even get to ONE PERCENT of what they are given. Just the illegals next to me, 3 kids = 15 grand per child per year for 12 years education. Free breakfast AND lunch year round, free medical care, welfare, food stamps, hud housing, WIC, the list goes on and on. All that from a single earner in the family who is 99 percent likely to be one of the 47 percent who PAY ZERO TAXES. The fact is, the illegals are destroying this country, from money to culture to crime. It's just sad it takes people to experience it PERSONALLY for them to wake up. And while their parents are hard workers, the kids are little thugs who've become accustomed to being GIVEN everything, and when the gifts dry up, they'll become criminal thugs following the same path as crime ridden detroit and all the other liberal controlled, crime out of control crap holes.

Many here in the middle (for years) have looked to California and New York for our futures. Seems like everything from fashion trends to politics to culture all start on the coasts first then work their way to mainstream America. Problem is we don't like what we currently see and don't want that for our future. It makes us a little grumpy.

Thanks for the post Chief. We need to make a lot of noise now before the problem is next door to everyone. I hear your pain.

We need to remove the magnet that draws illegals: all the free stuff and jobs.
Then we need to strictly enforce our current laws against illegals. Deport illegals when they come in for a hand out (or apply for a license) etc.
Then we need to fine businesses who hire illegals. This will pave the way for immigration reform. If businesses cannot hire an illegal workforce, they will find a way to hire a legal one. Capitalism is a strong force.
Then we need to reform immigration and encourage legal immigration. So our population remains an active participant in both getting from and giving to the system. And so our businesses have a sufficient supply of legal labor.
And I almost forgot. Then we have to repeal the minimum wage so business can hire labor for what it's worth instead of having to hire illegal labor or pay workers illegally under the table.

                              JM2cents
