I wouldn't say both parties, I would say ALL democRATS with some rino R's. The court system also is run by progressives who believe they ARE the law and not just interpret it. I also wouldn't classify the supreme court as right leaning anymore. If they were, this nobamacare mess that's going to kill the economy would have been struck down, we all saw how that went. This is a problem with big government minded progressives, which includes ALL democRATS, the far majority of the judicial system and SOME rino's. Our first step is kicking out the mccains and other rinos and then replacing these idiot judges with judges who actually support the Constitution. The democRATS are too far gone. They are no different than the nazis and bolsheviks of the past.
