My thoughts are, our children aren't taught to respect the Constitution anymore, and all the illegal flood of foreigners who couldn't care less about our laws or Constitution are only taught how to vote for democRATS and get everything free at our expense. Our Constitution will not survive by the time our lives are over.

It was then and will be next time this simple if the takers outnumber the givers at the polls joe Biden could win. But the mid term elections, the takers can't get their lazy drunk, drugged up arses outta bed to vote, hence the senate could very well be won and BHO damages could be starting a great undoing.
But if this congress funds ObamaCare, now, there is no ability to undo it regrardless of the midterm results.

A pendulum does swing both ways, but this isn't necessarily a pendulum. It's more like a drain being silted up. The pendulum reverses direction because of an outside force, gravity. The drain won't get cleaned unless WE clean it.

Legally not true. What is in the power of Congress to do it is within the power of a future Congress to undo. No law is so sacred that at any time a future Congress is prohibited from undoing what a previous Congress has done. All you need is a majority vote. Even a Presidential veto can be overridden by congress. Constitutional Law baby.

Yea, but most of those Congressmen have their hand out will vote the way the all mighty American dollar persuades them to. Dennis Kucinich is a prime example of that. He opposed the Obamma care plan from the beginning, but then stepped off Air Force One and turned a 180 on the plan in the last miniutes, his vote was the determining vote. Look where he is now. An unemployed congressman, a step in the right direction.
