U.S. Signs Global Arms Treaty

Looks like while were looking the other way at Obamacare and the Navy Yard shooting our Emperor sent his suck up John Kerry to sign the U.S. up for this treaty which like Obamacare must be passed before we know whats in it....

It will have to be voted on and passed by a 2/3 majority in the Senate before it would be ratified and that's not going to happen but it just goes to show the true colors and intentions of the Obamatards....

We must be diligent and keep an eye on this Resident in Command because he's going to keep trying to pull rabbits out of his hat while the Nation is busy looking at his last disaster....How long till 2016?

Well apparently since the treaty has been signed, it can be ratified at some future time. The current Senate will not ratify this treaty, but if democrats ever increase their numbers and gain more control of the Senate in the future, they can then ratify it. Of course if that ever happens, this country will probably be too far gone to even matter.

How do we know ratification isn't hidden inside the Senate's continuing budget resolution? What if, indeed, the 0-care debate and government shutdown talk is just a smokescreen for this?

Don't know for sure but aren't the rules for ratifying a treaty different than voting a bill through? Of course I also wonder why the treaty bill the house and senate already passed doesn't prevent the treaty from going through.

In all this countries history I know of NO treaty that the USA is a participant in that had ANY material effect on the citizens of this country. If you know of any tell us about the treaty and what deleterious effect it had on the citizenry.
