I think we all should reserve judgement and comment until all of the facts in this case are in. If the cop is found guilty he will be punished to the full extent of the law. Just as anyone else, he deserves the same presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. Of course, we could always just take the word of a bunch of drunken bar patrons and a grainy cell phone video and hang him. Why is it that these videos never show what lead up to the arrest?

Regarding why there is no tape before the "arrest":
In the one instance I talked about in my previous post, there was video of the guy dancing around with the knife, before the cop arrived and shot him. People were like WTF is this dude on.
In this case, I imagine there was nothing to video until the "arrest" went down. Usually people don't tape something unless it's funny, or someone's acting like a fool and they expect something funny to happen. Or something like this happens.Tom

One should not rely on today's press to present factual information unless it fits their agenda.
We should also realize that the situation is a local one and will be handled by people of the area. Not tried on a forum.
