The ACA law reads that a tax levy, garnishment, jail time, etc are all not allowed. But, we all know what the government does when something isn't legal. They either do it anyway, or change the law later to make it legal. Mark my words, people that don't get coverage and don't pay the fine/fee will eventually be dragged into court over it and it will be taken from them while the fine/fee simultaneously rises out of control to dizzying heights to cover the medical care guaranteed under this program.


OR...as expected and planned, the ACA will collapse the health insurance industry in this country and we'll all start being treated by government doctors and hospitals.
