It's almost not fair to ask a college student as he/she has no experienced knowledge having used their brain to figure out the crap they're being subjected to by so called leaders that have the power to alter their and others lives for the good of us all. All they've learned from today's liberal teaching is idealistic, theoretical B.S. for the most part. It looks and sounds good on paper but for the most part does not work in the USA.
A good example is I look back on the "new" hires fresh out of college that objected to not getting the same wages as 20-30 year workers. "I'm doing the same work". On paper you are but in reality, NO YOU'RE NOT.
It sounds good and really it would be nice to trust your Leaders but after you're out there paying your way and living to regulations, rules and laws you start questioning or should at least, if it could be better without so much mis-spent mis-directed idealism.

College kids are a lot smarter than we baby boomers give them credit for. Across the board those students in the video are saying conservatives are for the status quo and keeping things as they are. I remember a time in the late 70's into the 80's when a conservative, such as Reagan, meant change.

Conservatism has crystallized and lost its creativity. Instead of promoting an agenda of jobs and opportunities to capture younger voters, it's become a constant din about liberals. And if you think all colleges are "liberal", just remember one of Obama's first trips after being inaugurated was to Notre Dame, where he was met by student protesters against abortion.

I had one professor in the 70's who was ex-CIA and that was at a Quaker college. The so-called neo-cons were very much colored by their experiences at the University of Chicago. The fact is the GOP and contemporary conservatives ignore groups like the Young Republicans to their own peril. It was this very group that lent so much energy to Reagan's push for the presidency in 1980. Guy's like Nordquist and Reed and Rove.

Oh, and where was the video made? On American University campus in D.C., i.e., at an East coast school. Do the math.

Yes there are some conservative teachers but you have to wonder about the ratio of one to the other. Also depends what part of the country you're in. Having watched the simplest of questions being asked of numerous college students or young folks on the street (NY) and them not even knowing who the VP is, is startling. I agree they can run circles around me with college book questions or "new" math but I doubt if they could on current events and what is actually going on with our Gov. and it leaders. For one thing it's not their interest as it wasn't mine at their age which is the context of my previous comment, in part anyway. My point is a person has to experience Conservatism and Liberalism to appreciate it I believe.

I guess I've never had a heart and always had a brain. Of course I also preferred the biker attitude also because you never had to wonder what they were thinking and you never got any B.S. lies because they didn't care what you thought about them either. Guess that's why I like ole Jocko

Of course I've worked forty or more hours a week since the time I was 16 and have never had a tolerance for anyone that had an entitlement attitude either.
