Thing is the people upset about CB taking Duck Dynasty stuff off the shelfs for the most part do not seem to understand that purchasing Duck Dynasty goods supports A&E as much or more than it does the Robertsons. The Robertsons own Duck COMMANDER and Buck COMMANDER not Duck Dynasty. Duck Dynasty as I understand it is at least partially owned by A&E.

I wont be purchasing any Duck Dynasty items until I hear different.

I understand completely why they did what they did and I still say a BIG thumbs up for backing off.
They could have stood their ground like A&E but they listened to their customers. After all, it's all about the bottom line.
This was handled poorly by A&E from the start but it is what it is.
FWIW, I've never seen one episode of DD but I back Phil completely for his beliefs.

I think A&E is yet another story. Yes because of their PC the really bungled it especially when you consider the $100's of millions of dollars the chanced to lose. They felt they were so correct with their arrogant thinking. Now that they've made the blunder though I think they are playing it out to gain full advertisement to the Duck empire as far as they are concerned and when they see the interest dropping off they will make a deal IF they already haven't done so.

Why would you think that Christians praying to Jesus would irk non-Christians? I personally as a non-Christian find the religious aspect of the DD shows quite refreshing and absolutely support their airing their beliefs.

Because the liberals and GBLT's in the USA know that the Christian right is the last big obstacle standing in the way of them being able to push all of the socialist agenda that they want. Including gun control.
