Your hospital Medicare admittance has just changed under Obama Care. You must be admitted by your primary Physician in order for Medicare to pay for it! ** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

I work in Healthcare and we knew this for the past several years. Everyone thought Ted Cruz was a Wack job with his Defund petition. He was right about that and the budget to allow all BUT this Socialized medicine program..... We are Screwed and the real costs will continue to affect us all the more this year in taxes and fees. I totally agree. We now have socialized health care. Once the government took it over, it will function worse and cost much, much more for much, much less. Longer waits for care. Less access and availability for care. Facilities will be shut down based on politics. More people will be denied care due to their age and "terminal" condition. The government won't want to spend the tax money they collect from us on providing care. It will be spent on creating more layers of obstacles to care as well as general government spending and raises.... like was done with our social security tax. They will consciously create bottle necks by limiting the number of providers of care and making long wait times to get through the bottleneck. Then before you know it, they will be telling the people that health care is not an entitlement and we need to pay for it another way.....additional health care taxes, etc... Once the government puts their hands on it, the cost automatically jump by many fold. Before Obummer Care, medicine was not perfect because the government already had their hand in it. Now medicine is socialized and we ALL suffer....that is except for the politicians who made sure they were exempt and have free access to the best care, in front of the lines of people waiting.

As a health care worker, you realize that the public will never realize that the politicians go to the front of the line. HIPPA....another government act.

I'll be 65 this summer. I thank God for alowing me to serve my Country in Vietnam back in 1972-1973. I have Agent Orage in my system and I go to a VA Medical Center. My VAMC is a Training Hospital for our top Medical School. IMO. I get World Class care. I was told by the VA that Obama's crap won't affect me.

The ACA is fraught with problems and we certainly do not need to add any more reasons to not fully embrace this law. With that said, the information cited above doesn't seem to be 100% congruent with the facts as I read them. For instance, according to my research illegals are NOT covered by ACA. http://www.nilc.org/immigrantshcr.html
