  • Judge Andrew Napaltano asks "What If"

The following 5-Minute Speech that may have got Napolitano fired from his show on Fox News, I don't know, and I don't really care. But the speech is one that should not only be forwarded and shared with every single man, woman and child in this country, and taught and expounded upon in every social studies, civics and government class from first grade through college. He questions things that many of us have wondered about: Is there any difference between the goals of the two parties? Does govt. policy remain the same no matter who is in the Whitehouse. What if both parties start wars to increase their power and finances. What if the War on Drugs is just an excuse to keep giving money to bureaucrats and enforcement agencies. etc.

I think he got fired because his "What ifs" weren't what ifs, but is the way it actually is,
And Fox wants to keep up the charade, that our votes, count, and that the 2 parties give us choices, and so forth. I'd take the "what if" out and replace it if "There is".

I'm not buying it. Napaltano was reading from a teleprompter. I never heard of anyone being fired for reading from a teleprompter. The democrats are all liberal socialists. True republicans are conservative capitalists. You can buy Napaltano's narrative and waste your vote on a third party candidate, or you can vote for the most conservative candidate from one of the two parties that has a chance of winning. The last time a third party candidate won we ended up with prohibition. The last time the conservatives sat out an election or voted for a third party candidate we ended up with Barack Hussein Obama.

I was trying to draw attention to the subject of the speech, not that the judge got fired. He can find all the paying gigs he wants I imagine.

I think one could substitute Did you know, for what if, in the judges speech, and it would probably be pretty accurate. I think people have suspected, of half way known some of these things, but don't want to accept them, as that shakes our faith in the political system. A 3rd party candidate could help or hurt the Conservative cause, depending on which party they draw the most votes away from.

We vote people in and out, but policy remains the same, like the Judge said. The two parties DO have us fenced in to their platforms, they give us the smaller things to fight about, abortion, gay rights, gun control (not so small, but a very divisive issue) while their main focus is gaining more power. They always want that power.
Like they can't wait to cash in on the favors and insider trading and all that money flowing into their campaign chest. They promise the world on the campaign trail, but once elected that flies out the window. I glad Obama ditched most of his campaign crap.

                He's still at FOX, his show on the business channel was cancelled because of low ratings. He says;

"I will continue to articulate those values here at Fox. But the emails many of you are sending are unfairly interfering with my work and that of my colleagues here."
I listen to him on my local radio here, WMAL, as well as see him on FOX. Good guy.
Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

TheTman's post is misleading, because the Judge wasn't fired over what the Judge said. His show was cancelled, because of poor ratings. That information came straight from the horses mouth. The Judge has a right to say whatever he pleases. We have the right to agree or disagree with what the Judge says. Quite frankly, I don't agree with what the judge had to say. I believe that all we have to do is elect a truly conservative candidate. I'd much rather have a Reagan, or a Bush, than an Obama.

I didn't post the article, to complain about him getting fired. I was hoping for people to listen to the content of his speech. I would have posted a you tube link if it there had been one. I don't know if he got fired, I don't really care as he would have no problems supporting himself as a paid speaker.
What he says in his speech is something that people should hear, and give some thought too. It really questions the two party system, and how they limit our choices instead of expanding them. There may be several ways to handle a situation, but the 2 party system puts you into boxes where you can either choose the Democrat solution, or the Republican solution. And that while the parties differ on some minor issues, that they leave to the people to argue about, as far as the broader scope of things, like wars, and restricting rights with the Patriot Act and the NDAA, that they both have the same goals in mind. And the Judge questions things like does changing the government actually accomplish everything. Obama campaigned on ending the wars, but once elected, continued fighting the wars, just as if there had been no change in administrations. I think that he's tries to point out that once someone reaches a certain level in government, that they become part of a system, that is neither Democrat nor Republican, but follow more of a Globalist policy. I think it's a wake up call to look at what is happening in our country.

Tman...you were pretty clear that your point is the content of the speech not the firing. But the article kinda focuses on the firing. Sort of stresses how the media focuses on the wrong thing.

I agree that everyone should consider the judge's thoughts. They are probably more valid than not. But I agree with Muggsy. It's like steering a ship and I'd rather we be turning to the right.

Tman, the judge isn't a conservative he a libertarian. The libertarian party believes in legalizing pot and other recreational drugs, gay marriage, polygamy and a host of other things that a true conservative frowns upon. I agree with him on many things, but not with what he said in these comments.

Thanks b4uqzme. I agree with Muggsy too, that the USS America needs to steer to the right, or they are going to end up on the rocky shores the Left has set up for us.
I think the Judge was trying to give us a wake up call. That things are not what they seem or what we think they are. People often refuse to accept that things are changing for the worse, just as the Germans in the 1930's watched as Hitler fundamentally changed their nation into a socialist war machine. They couldn't grasp what was going on, so they ignored it, going on, leading their normal lives, until it was too late to do anything. Their is some psychiatric term for it, it's kind of like a mass hysteria, like with a depression, people say things have never got that bad, so they can't believe what is going on, and tend to dismiss things that don't fit into their pre-conceived ideas, until they are forced to open their eyes.

That is why I check out a lot of conspiracy theories, and keep an open mind to different possibilities, and tin foil hat stuff. The secret military labs, have things that are at least 30-50 years advanced from the level of public technology.
I was watching one video from a man who retired from Lockheed's "Skunkworks" and he said that we already possess the technology, to travel to the stars, and other technological advancements that have the capacity to make life better for all of us, but they are kept hidden from us.
(Makes one wonder if maybe they have recovered some alien spacecraft or are in contact with space Aliens, I don't know about all that). I took this one with a big grain of salt, no way to prove or disprove his statements, other that to verify he was employed at Lockheed or one of it's subsidiaries. I suppose they keep things hidden possibly due to economic reasons. Say they had some type of device that would produce enough energy to power a home, or even a city in a relatively small package, or a new automotive engine that could run on sunlight, or energy obtained from the atmosphere. Either of those would do major damage to utility companies, and the big oil companies, and distribution.
Of course, he could have been making stuff up, but try and imagine what technology will be available in 30-50 years, Think back to the 60's, then take a look around at all the things we take for granted now, that would have been labeled tin foil hat BS back then. Microwave ovens, cell phones, computers that fit on your desk that have more power and storage than machines that used to take up 3 or 4 large rooms.
Flat screen TV's, satellite radio, GPS devices, and a host of other things, and all the improvements made to everyday items like our automobiles, with 300 hp motors, and still get 25mpg, instead of 12-15. Space Stations. Satellites that can read your tag number from space. Possible weather modification with HAARP, and chemtrails, or chemdumps where they dump the whole payload in a small area.

It would really be fascinating to know what all the govt. keeps secret from us, no doubt much of it is weaponry, but probably includes things that could drastically improve our lives, but perhaps ruin certain industries. Is it right to keep things hidden for the sake of jobs, and keeping money flowing into the same old companies?
I think we could adapt, the same way we have adapted to changes in the past, with the industrial revolution, and assembly lines, electric power as it replaced steam power, air travel taking the place of trains, etc. We have shown the capability to adapt to new technologies in the past. Some people lost fortunes, others made them. But life went on for the average person.
