  • It's clear that this regime is turning every agency of Government against the People

To further the Regimes radical agenda we have The:
EPA~ FCC~ IRS~ Dept of Interior~TSA~Health and Human Services~Dept of Education. All funded by American Tax Dollars.
All with unleashed powers to enhance the tyranny and promote the Agenda.
    Will America demand "enough", yet?
The 1st, 2nd, 3rd,4th,9th and 10th Amendments have all been violated and there's no opposition from the Republicans only the Tea Party....
Of course there is no actual "Tea Party" it simply grassroots citizens that see these violations and have the nuts to say something about it....

It is getting scary out there:

The Multi-Market Study of Critical Information Needs (CINs) initiative was proposed last May. The FCC explained that it wanted information from television and radio broadcasters “to ascertain the process by which stories are selected, station priorities (for content production quality, and populations served), perceived station bias, perceived percent of news dedicated to each of the eight CIN’s and perceived responsiveness to underserved populations.”

The FCC has identified eight CINs, or key topics that the government believes should be covered.

The ones that scare me the most are the IRS, and the TSA. The IRS has a long history of being abusive and using scare tactics and are now being set on political or media opponents of the current administration.
The TSA is being used as a law enforcement tool, but they have lax employment standards, very little training, and a lot of attitude. They remind me of a bunch of little people with short guy syndrome that get a little power and abuse it whenever possible. The EPA has been a thorn in many people's side, and can cause millions of dollars to be spent to save some stupid toad or lizard. In one case, a water flow thru bridge had become clogged with logs and debris, causing water to back up over his land and a homeowner rented a backhoe to clean out the flow thru. The EPA jumped all over his butt for destroying a "wetland" that was never meant to be.
I don't remember how much it ended up costing the landowner, but it wasn't cheap. The EPA can make regulations, that we have to follow, yet they have no oversight, and not one member is elected. The same is true of many other agencies. The EPA has been trying for years to get lead bullets banned as destructive to animals that might eat one and for polluting the ground. They are the reason that you can't buy lead shot shells for hunting waterfowl. I wouldn't mind that so much, but it makes it very difficult to find shot shells with large size lead shot for home defense.

People need to remember this stuff in November. If the Dems win the house we're all doomed.

Remember Obamacare (we have to pass the bill to see what's in it.) That worked out real well didn't it.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

I'm not even sure that would make a difference. Faithfully executing the laws doesn't seem to be real high on Obama's to-do list. Just ask him:

"That's the good thing as a president, I can do whatever I want," Obama quipped while visiting Monticello, Thomas Jefferson's home in Charlottesville, Va., with French President Francois Hollande.
Jefferson must be spinning in his grave.

Hey, I think this is the first time in my life i used that phrase and it has been accurate.

He lost the house. He's about to lose the senate. He has nothing but a pen and a phone. He's just one man and not much of a man at that.

                      The people Pushed Back!

FCC Shelves Intrusive Media Survey After Huge Backlash
                      Friday, 21 Feb 2014 06:03 PM
By Andrea Billups and Todd Beamon

The Federal Communications Commission said on Friday that it was scrapping a controversial study derided by critics as a threat to the First Amendment right of press freedom.

The plan to look at how news organizations choose which stories to cover "overstepped the bounds of what is required," admitted FCC spokeswoman Shannon Gilson.

"To be clear, media owners and journalists will no longer be asked to participate in the Columbia, S.C., pilot study," Gilson said in a statement posted on the agency's website.

"The pilot will not be undertaken until a new study design is final," she said. "Any subsequent market studies conducted by the FCC, if determined necessary, will not seek participation from or include questions for media owners, news directors or reporters."

The "Multi-Market Study of Critical Information Needs" was to be conducted in six media markets this spring. It sought to learn more about the inner workings of newsroom operations.

The study had drawn the ire of a wide range of critics, from journalists to political commentators to Republican legislators, for fear that it would impede press freedom.

Even one outspoken FCC commissioner charged that the study was overreaching.

"The government has no place pressuring media organizations into covering certain stories," Commissioner Ajit Pai said in The Wall Street Journal earlier this month.

Pai said he feared the agency would be sending researchers into newsrooms to "grill reporters, editors and station owners about how they decide which stories to run."

In December, 16 GOP lawmakers sent FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler a letter charging that the study was the Obama administration's effort to use the agency as its "news police."

Gilson said in her statement on Friday that Wheeler "agreed that survey questions in the study directed toward media outlet managers, news directors, and reporters overstepped the bounds of what is required."

                      Pai welcomed the FCC's reversal.

"This is an important victory for the First Amendment," he said in a statement reported by The Hill. "And it would not have been possible without the American people making their voices heard.

"I will remain vigilant that any future initiatives not infringe on our constitutional freedoms," Pai said.

The study even raised questions from one news executive in South Carolina, which was one of the test markets slated for analysis.

"I'm not crazy about the federal government questioning reporters and editors about their news judgments," Bill Rogers, director of the South Carolina Press Association, told the Columbia Journalism Review. "What is the relevance of news decisions as to whether small businesses can enter the broadcast industry? Viewers evaluate coverage for content and fairness, and the marketplace responds accordingly."

The study also led the American Center for Law and Justice to start a petition to keep "government monitors" out of newsrooms.

"We cannot allow this administration to trample the First Amendment," the group said on its website.

I sure hope so but I''m not counting the chickens before they hatch. I had hopes in 2012 and look how that turned out. They still have 8 months to buy votes with our tax dollars.

People have too short term of a memory and the Dem's may just hide in the bushes until after the election. They'll come out singing Kumbaya and the weak minded will forget the attempt at gun control and freedom of press. They couldn't even tell you what the bill of rights are.

Don't forget the 47% that will always vote for them so all they need to do is find 4% of the voters the are stupid.

I'll add too that most Republicans can't be trusted either but that's the best we have at the moment.

Many in the D column are now scared poopless of the upcoming mid-terms. The R's will most likely substantially increase their numbers in the House and could make a power swing in the Senate.
