The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned San Diego's restrictive CCW rules as unconstitutional. OK great...BUT you cant get a &%%**^&) gun in the da#n state because there is the DOJ approved gun list that has guns dropping off monthly due to the micro stamping requirements. This State is a complete wack job central. Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing? So I am happy to hear the news about San Diego (even though it should have never been an issue in the first place) but I am upset that the ruling is almost a moot one due to hand gun requiremnts in order for them to be sold here.

You know, sometimes I think that we all spend too much energy whining about the way things are. But, truthfully, we need to make as much noise as we can. Things can get worse and we need to keep working to stop the bleeding and maybe make some headway when we can. Good job on the CCW decision.

thanks...it didn't take me so long, it took the judicial system so long. It is like they waited to make this decision after the DOJ list came into full effect. A shell game if you will.

I love the weather in Southern Kalifornia, and have visited there many times, but I'll put up with 3 months of 105+ degree temperatures to live in a completely pro-gun rights state. Arizona is among the best if not the best in that regard. We don't even need a permit to conceal carry here.

Yeah, Reid is from Nevada. The biggest problem with Juan McCain and Reid is that it's not me alone that has to put up with them, WE ALL do. They are part our federal government not the local areas they are from.

This is true, but the entire country doesn't get to vote for them. Only the people from Arizona and Nevada have that option. We get what they vote for.

Exactly. That's why all but the basic government functions are designed to be left to the individual states. So we can limit the impact of politicians who someone else voted for.

Let each state do it's own thing. Gives us options.
