democrats have been changed from the inside by the socialists, the communists, the fascists, and so on..... mean while the republican party has been split into religious zealots called the right wing and constitutionals called the Tea Party. couple that with another anti democrat party, the middle and right of the isle is represented by three separate parties (republicans, conservatives, and libertarians) those three small parties bicker amongst themselves instead of joining and changing the fringe issues from within, meanwhile the democrats include all the anti American people they can to win elections and push their various agendas.

This would be a HUGE victory for anti-gunners.
If they want your gun they will know exactly where to find it.
If they FINALLY ban guns they'll just turn them off and there won't be a D***** thing we'll be able to do.
If we can't defeat this politically we will need a mechanical way to defeat it.

As I was reading this article, fox news had the attorney general "HOLD-them UP" suggesting the employment of this electronic gun control!

Glad that you are an optimist. How familiar are you with the workings of chicago politics. They are running chicago, rural illinois and now DC and the nation. The current governor won the election by winning 2 out of 102 counties.

Elections with them are deceitful. They go by the saying that "it isn't who votes, it is who counts the ballets."

From 1864 - 1982 pennies were 95% copper 5%zinc. Pure copper was used from 1837 - 1864.
I've been saving all the 1982 pennies and older, since they are almost pure copper. Midway through 1982 they reversed the ratio o 95% Zinc, with a 5% copper shell.
So definitely keep your pre 82 pennies for the copper. It's Illegal to melt the pennies down into one big chunk of copper, but once done, how would anyone know? I'd add I copper from various other sources so someone couldn't say the chunk of metal has the same ratio of copper to whatever other metals were in the pennies. Nickels are another good thing to keep, Nickels are due to be reformulated here in the near future since it costs way more than a nickel to produce one, and the value of the nickle in a Nickle Coin cost more than 5 cents. I throw all my pre 82 pennies and all nickels into a coffee can and just keep them incase I need them someday. One thing I have noticed, is that some of the older post 82 pennies look very rough and you might think they were old, but that's just the copper rubbing off the zinc, and the zinc seems to age faster than the copper, so just because a penny looks pretty old, doesn't mean that it is.
I just had a 2012 penny that looked very rough, but was only a couple years old. I have an illuminated jewlers loupe, 30x power, that helps immensely to figure out the date on some of these rough lookiing coins.
It's funny but pennies from the 60's often look much nicer than pennies just 2 or 3 years old, that makes the jewlers loupe (that little microscope they use to examine jewelry.

I forget what years, but some older nickels have a high silver content and are worth keeping.
