The moderate repubs are kicking a lot of tea party butt these days. For the most part the tea party is a thing of the past. The moderate repubs shifted a little to the right and started using some tea party catch phrases to steal their thunder. Good riddance to the tea party.

Sadly the Tea Party was mostly just a vote splitter. A vote for tea party was a vote for the Democrats.

While I agree with some of their ideals we don't need anything more causing us grief trying to get past the 47% automatic freeloaders.

I had to applaud Romney when he ran against McCain. He bowed out so as not to split the vote. I often wish that would have been reversed and McCain had backed out, might have been way better off.

The Tea Party members stop the the country club republicans from moving further to the left. They are hard core conservatives and there isn't a damn thing wrong with that. The only reason that the a-holes like Boehner scored a victory is because of name recognition and a very deep well of republican money to draw from for campaigning. Name one thing that Boehner has done to stop the left from pushing it's agenda. If your for reforming government healthcare instead ending it vote Boenher. If your for limiting magazine capacity and banning assault weapons vote for Boehner. If your for reforming our immigration laws instead of enforcing them, vote for Boehner.
