I did a search for "DOJ sues _____" and was amazed at all the results: DOJ suing states, businesses, AMERICANS. Is that what the DOJ does? Sue Americans?

He also has the cahones to violate the law any time he sees fit. He has cost the tax payers millions is fighting frivoluous lawsuits he started because officials have challenged him on his actions. He has lost just about every case he started and has cost the people more money in fines.

He has also misappropriated funds for his own reasons, like when he had a specially equipped bus built which was never approved nor in the budget. But he wanted it so he took the funds and built it.

He regularly exceeds his authority and needs to be reined in. The man is on a huge ego trip and gets voted in because people like that he showcases how he is tuff on crime. JMHO

He doesn't coddle and pamper inmates, If more criminals had to go to "Tent City" there would be less repeat offenders. It's too bad the state and federal prisons in this country wasn't ran the same way. He isn't making up laws to suit his own agenda and he is condemed for trying to enforce State and Federal laws that are on the books. Over the years I've read that he saved a ton of money too.

I always kind of liked the guy myself. He runs his jails and facilities the way they should be run if you ask me.

I especially loved it when he did away with coffee cause it has no nutritional value. I love coffee, that rule there alone would insure that I never broke the law again. That's punishment right there.

I didn't say that I didn't like him, I said that he has done things he shouldn't and in no way would I want him as president.

I do live in Phoenix and I have no problem with him being tuff on crime and applaud his efforts there. Where I do have problems is with his unilateral use of tax payer money and his inability to abide by his own budgets. He tends to do whatever he wants when he wants and whenever a political official questions him he initiates an investigation to go after them and discredit them all of which costs us tax payers millions.
