  • Food for Thought

I got this in an E-mail from a friend and it is worth watching in my opinion. It is a fairly accurate description of the mess the great one and his cronnies have put our great Country in.

So what are you going to do about the mess?
Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.

      Excellent question.

Perhaps muggsy, you can enlighten me with guidance and advice as to what we should do. If I had the power to single handedly fix this mess I would gladly do it. I will continue to use my vote in the most responsible manner that I believe in. It will take a mass effort by the people that actually see that the current administration is out to destroy our great Country to begin to fix this mess . I wish that I had the answer.

I don't have the answers either SG but we do all have three important powers:

          • the power to vote. Get out there and vote the progressives out. At all costs.
          • the power to persuade. Persuade others to do the same. Be vocal. Be an advocate for sanity.

          • the power of knowledge. Specifically, arm yourself with facts so your arguments ring true. Understand the root causes of our issues not what the media spits out. And learn how to be persuasive without alienating your audience. Be engaging. Be compelling.

Maybe you are just one but you are not alone. Together we are many. We can make a difference.

Take an night course in Economics. All the important stuff can be learned in the very first class. It forever stumps me how many of our so-called leaders seem to have flicked this course.
A free market economy is the only one that makes sense. Keynesianism and socialism are mathematical quicksand. The powers of free market equilibrium are amazingly strong and will correct any short term mistakes...if we just get out of the way.

Sorry, just feeling a little residual Independence.
