So now El Presidente Hussein wants 4 BILLION of our hard earned dollars to spend on his totally manufactured "Wag the Dog" immigration border crisis and he won't even go there to personally look at his created mess while in Texas for Democratic fund raising... Are you kidding me!!!!! ...Fox news said there are approximantely 50 thousand "children here illegally from Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras....Many of these "children" have more wrinkles than I do and many have TB and God knows what else and quite a few are MS-13 gang members, drug dealers and some quite possibly could be terrorists, who knows who or what walked in the back door while we waved them in and now we are supposed to spend upwards of 80 Thousand dollars on each one to detain, process and then figure out what to do with them....I could take a he!! of a great vacation for 80 grand but I can't afford one this year but I will be expected to pay for theirs....

White House BS Chief Josh Earnest says they will be deported is found to be here illegally...If you believe that line see me later about a great deal on some prime Tennessee ocean front property I got....What they will do is give them free food and money, give them a bus ticket to a town near you and say have a wonderful all expenses paid permanent vacation in Amerika....Remember, Who loves ya baby and don't forget to vote Democrat....

Gotta give Obummer credit, He said he would fundementally change America, Looks like he has done just that...

    Edit post to add this:

Read up on what Cloward-Piven is and see if it isn't exactly what is happening at the border right now and see how this is an engineered crisis start to finish...If this article doesn't open peoples eyes to just what a lying SOB Obama and his whole administration is nothing will...

We leave Saturday for Lake Curlew, east/warm side of our state. Been going to the same camp resort for 28 years, same week and a half every year. This is the first year we almost didn't make it and we're still not there so it ain't a sure thing. It's only about a 1000 bucks and non refundable at this stage of the game.

Just a mountain of bad stuff this year. Transmission, water leak in the house that the insurance company won't cover (I love insurance companies almost as much as lawyers).

Seems like it should get easier and easier to go but as the kids get older it seems to get harder and harder. Go figure.

I do hope to hit the local range over there. Haven't pulled a trigger since last year or even longer. It's a nice range. Not manned. No range officers. All cement with a roof to keep the sun off ya. 200 yard rifle range and the pistol range is probably close to a hundred too. Never been anyone else there when we've been there.

That and catching a bunch of bass and trout, life should be good for at least a week and a half, then we have to come back.

The internet over there was pretty sporadic for years but the last few years it's improved immensely. Used to be if you sat at a picnic table by the little office you could get internet. Now its good enough that you can stay in your cabin or trailer spot and it works. We get one of the smallest cabins, had the same one the whole time, I call it the apple picker shack, only about 12'x 14' give er take. A kitchenette a bed and a tiny bath. Then we bring our POS trailer for the kids. Wife usually cooks in that and the spot is nicer for sitting around, good view of the beach and lake etc. Cabin is right at the end of the dock so it's nice too.
I told myself I'm gonna leave my laptop at home but I'd miss you guys too bad, probably have a break down or something.
Might not check in as often but I will probably a couple times a day.

I thought that went without saying? Now I feel kind of bad. Next year I better send out formal invites maybe splash a little Hoppe's on em to personalize em some.

We should all vacation in Mexico, and not come back. You let a bunch of Southern redneck boys loose down there with guns, beer, and no bag limit, and the cartels will be gone in a week.

On this so-called immigrant crisis, where is Bono? Bob Geldof? Where are the Dixie Chicks? Where are all the liberal celebrities to hold a concert to raise funds to help these unfortunate souls? They aren't there, perhaps because they were told to let this fester and spread.

It may take a bunch of us good ol boys to go down there and take back Marine Sgt. Tahmooressi that has been locked up in a Mexican jail to rot all because he accidentally strayed across their border....I guess that thousands of Central Americans going across their southern border is ok though as long as they are on their way here....Not a peep out of Obummer about him though, only the poor pitiful little children, Oh the Humanity.............Frickin disgusting....

Sounds like you might be passing near. Enjoy, it is warm over here right now. We have a nice range that sounds similar. Have fun!

Funny, I haven't changed a bit, much to my wife's dismay.

You need to go. No excuses. I figured that out about 5 years ago. Work was sucking and I even went to the hospital with chest pains and found out it was blood pressure when I decided to tell the doc off. Once I figured that out and spent 4000 dollars on medical bills I decided the next year I was going to Colorado. Best money I ever spent.

You need a break from home and get away from the violets. Turn off the water to the appliances at home and go have some fun.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
