at the risk of wearing out the joke----

    http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/c...51caa0cbf.html

FERGUSON • Federal agents fired at two men in a car that tried to hit them as they attempted to make an arrest in a burglary case Friday afternoon, officials said.No one was hit in the shooting at a Ferguson apartment complex, but the men in the car had minor injuries from colliding with a law enforcement vehicle, authorities said.
Agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were at the Park Ridge complex to arrest suspects in the burglary of firearms from a store, according to ATF Special Agent John Ham. One of the men, Brandon M. Foster, 22, was wanted on a charge filed in federal court Friday of being a felon in possession of ammunition, law enforcement sources said.
Agents were looking into the ammunition purchase because they already suspected Foster of involvement in the theft of multiple guns from a pawn shop in Wentzville earlier in the week, the sources said. Authorities found five guns stolen from the gun shop — three in the car and two elsewhere nearby, a source said."

the interesting part of this story, to me, is that the ATF agents don't seem to shoot any better than local cops.

Its gettin crazier every day over on that end of the state. They can keep it over there. I haven't been to St Louis in years, and I see no reason to go anytime soon

Friends who live in STL tell me the vast majority of the "protestors" are from out of state and many are supposedly being paid. A group call Black Block Anarchists have been spotted fomenting the insurrection. Trying to shoot to stop a moving car is more difficult than the untrained are aware of.

The Governor opened up that pandora Box when he failed to support the Police. Damage done. Respect for them as well as all laws are gone.

Sad and a typical political reality.

It is pretty nice here. Far enough in between KC and St Louis to not have to deal with the crap, but close enough to KC to not take all day if I HAVE to run over there..... Which I try not to do very often
