I do like her corporate corruption prosecution experience.
But, I sure hope she uses her civil rights experience to help the new under-represented minority - white males.

If you keep reopening those old wounds you only antagonize people - just like Israel always brings up the holocaust to justify their atrocities and SUCK up more of OUR money for their war games. So we have to feel guilty for Hitler's deeds??... and send Billions to them while our people rot here. Do they know how many poor white people there are in our country??
Let's just stop being "black americans", "italian americans" etc, etc, and just simply be AMERICANS, for God's sake!!!

I think I grasp the strong self sufficient, we are a melting pot, and U.S.A first sentiment in your post, but I do have to make some respectful observations/objections. The thought that Israel is a saprophytic drain on the U.S is not really an accurate portrayal of our relationship with that country. I do understand the financial burden that is placed on the U.S while supporting the Zionist state, but I do also feel that we are getting some return on that money in either a theological manner and or in a strategic partner amongst a group of countries that are hell bent on destroying the U.S. Is Israel capable of standing alone without our support? I really do not know. I think marginalizing the holocaust is a bad thing to do any time anywhere. After all, it could be your turn some day to be the scapegoat-----the world MUST remember and know this. In fact, the 70ish year old example of a government usurping citizens rights should be in the front of every mind of a 2A supporter. After all, it makes our case for us why the people need to be armed. Finally, your post has a hint of Hillary's "what matter does it make now" view which seems unmindful, or at least minimizes, the gravity of past mistakes made that will be destined to be repeated if we turn our heads away to these crimes(slavery, holocaust, genocide) against humanity.

I think Obama is racist on all his nominations.......They are all either Black or Muslim. The Muslims really make me think he is infiltrating Muslims into Government for a reason. Not a good reason either.

Did anyone really expect him to nominate a white man? He ignores his white half, and embraces his black side. I think he feels that it's his duty to elevate other black professionals to positions long denied to them. I can't really blame him for that. What I can blame him for his the racism and flaunting and bending and ignoring of the law by Eric Holder. If this woman is qualified, and not racially motivated, then more power too her, if she's going to be another Eric Holder, then to hell with her.

Her nomination was deliberately timed to the lame-duck Senate, between when the Democratic senators were defeated, and when they have to leave. So all we really know about her is that Obama must think she would not be confirmed by the elected Senate.
