  • More Bill Whittle -- I can't get enough!

I know I'm preaching to the choir but this guy has an inspiring knack for putting our values to words!

Read the comments too especially this one:

"I find it interesting to think about the flip side of these principles as the bedrock principles of progressivism. The Masses. Gun Control. Equality of Results. Wealth Redistribution. and Freedom from Responsibility. Funny how so many of those play to the worst aspects of human nature." John Martin

He is a bit over simplistic but I do enjoy his message and delivery of same.

I think that's one of his strengths: making what's complicated... clear, simple and obvious.

Liberalism leverages the seven deadly sins to become their campaign platform:

          • Lust - free birth control, abortion on demand, gay marriage...
          • Gluttony - Ok, they do want to control what we eat, but if we get fat and diabetic we should get free health care
          • Greed - no entity is as greedy today as government
          • Sloth - rewarded through welfare. 'nuff said.
          • Wrath - Ferguson, MO, Trayvon Martin...
          • Envy - the poor are assumed to envy the rich, so government is assumed to be responsible for taking wealth away from the rich to assuage the poor's envy.
          • Pride - to the extreme, narcissism; i.e. our Liberal elected officials. They are the anointed, and can do no wrong.

          Conservative values:
          • Chastity - keep your damn pants zipped up, and you'll avoid so many problems in life.
          • Moderation - freedom requires responsibility, keep in shape, don't overeat.
          • Charity - voluntary charity, not forced at gunpoint.
          • Zeal - to get something done, you usually need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic, such as with a monetary reward, i.e. profit.
          • Patience - think before you act, be mature.
          • Kindness - love your neighbor as yourself, the Christian message
          • Humility - Conservatives don't live their lives "in your face" the way liberals do.

Ya know, I think the same way that Bill thinks and say the same things that Bill says, but almost no one pays any attention to me. I'm thinking of buying an afterburner.
