Well, first of all the guy taking this picture should have used a diffused flash to soften the picture. I myself would have used a fish-eye lens for a more dramatic effect, but that a matter of personal preference. His use of color film rather that black and white reveals his racist nature.

hmm, the release of the decision was delayed for weeks (plenty of build up time), why would they have to delay the news, send out message for locals to prepare for emergency and assemble the DHS if there were gonna be an indictment? Interesting
