I'm trying to understand where you are coming from... I don't understand your writing "you get exactly what you deserve". Why do you write "you" and not "we"? I'm thinking that perhaps you're not a US citizen, which is certainly fine with me, is that the case?

I know we're a republic and not a democracy here in the USA but I'm reminded of something written along the lines of... The best thing about a democracy is the people get the government they deserve, the worst thing about a democracy is the people get the government they deserve.

And one last thing while I'm on my soap box... Thankfully as a Christian I don't get what I deserve.

What has happened to the quality of Presidential Candidates? It seems like we're scraping the bottom of the barrel. I liked people like Eisenhower and John Kennedy. It's not a monarchy here in the US where another family member automatically takes the office. We should have a Law that says Term Limits: 8 Years and only 1 member of each family. This office is not for sale!

My vote is always for the lesser of the two evils. So I vote against certain people, never for anyone. That sucks. I'm an "independent voter", which means I can't stand any of them.
