I agree with JohnR that he probably wasn't born here

I'm not saying he wasn't born in Hawaii, just that there's no official record of it. The other theory that makes sense to me is that since his mom took him to Indonesia, where he obtained citizenship, he had to renounce his US citizenship, regardless of whether he had proof of such citizenship. He must have had a passport to get into Indonesia, but subversives find ways around such laws (fake passport or a bribe to customs and immigration). I think it was a combination of being sloppy with government papers and being devious and subversive, both as a result of a desire to "stick it to the man." The rotten apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Think of "sovereign citizens" or parents who won't vaccinate their kids; similar mentality but 50 years ago.

I just saw a rehash of the story a couple weeks ago, and thought it was new. I guess as has been shown, it's old news. Sorry for stirring up an old subject, but you'd think something would have been done by now. Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse, keep talking about 1 last legal hoop they have to jump through before they can move on with the subject. They aren't saying what it is, or giving any clues about what it might be. Maybe a DHS hitman holding a .45 to someone's wife's or daughter's head?

You must be born in order to have a birth certificate. I think he crawled out of some primordial goo bubbling swamp for the sole purpose of destroying this country. For a single celled amoeba he is not as dumb as he looks. He knows EXACTLY what he is doing. Unfortunately, most of the cretins who elected him haven't got a clue.
