Strike two against the POTUS on writing Immigration Law

In an astounding decision handed down by a Federal Court of Appeals, the executive order written by the POTUS allowing the illegals to stay in the US, was declared unconstitutional. That leaves the POTUS no choice but to push the case onto the Supremes whose court he packed with liberal Justices. IMO, SCOTUS saved his A$$ by mis-interpreting the ACA and will likely do the same when this case comes up for a hearing. Elections DO have consequences so ALWAYS vote! Even if your vote is defeated, at least you voted!

After the SCOTUS gave thumbs up to Obummercare it became quite apparent that Obama has pictures of John Roberts in Jocko's barn....I'm pretty sure they will do the same with this latest appeal to allow 5 million illegals and future Democrat voters to remain in the country.........Stocking the SCOTUS with more liberal Justices is the REAL danger of Hillary getting elected because if that happens I don't even want to think about the damage they will do to the Constitution.......

My fears exactly! This is just a back door end run that legalizes the POTUS's executive actions and allows him free rein around the Congress. Electing Hillary and her packing the SCOTUS with more liberal Justices only means the Office of the Presidency will be turned into a permanent fixture of the Democratic Party. With the Presidential power of the veto and the backing of a liberal Supreme Court, the Congress would be powerless.
