Let's just say the POTUS, by releasing these criminals, is just providing law enforcement with a more target rich environment. He was elected to office by an adoring populace with the promise of CHANGE! He never elaborated as to what that change would look like. We are sadly finding out.

Actually, he was elected by the people who receive monthly support payments and food stamps from the Federal Government. They thought he was offering spare change.
