More emails released and a few surprises. Two of the most surprising were her actually questioning about another fellow employee at the state department using a personal account. Then possibly the most damning evidence was her email to tell a staffer to strip the heading and send a document through an non-secure method. Rumors say the FBI is building a case even more solid than the one against David Patraeus and is reaching "critical mass" of their investigation.

The charges will consist of some of the following:
1. Improper disclosure or retention of classified information.
2. Destruction of government records.
3. Lying to federal agents.
4. Lying under oath.
5. Obstruction of justice.

Latest news is that the FBI is expanding it's investigation, now expanding into the Clinton Foundation. Seems Hitlery had been crossing State Dept. business with her foundation and even giving favorable treatment to donors to the Clinton Foundation.

If you think a democrat President will let a democrat run Justice Department charge a fellow democrat with a crime, especially an anointed democrat, then you haven't been paying attention. If rape and witness tampering, and lying to a judge isn't serious enough to seek out justice or removal from office, then this email thing is nothing.

Lies, crimes, theft, corruption, rape, lack of honor... none of these offenses matter to a voting public. Only things that matter to them are; killing babies, power, and control of the nations treasury. All else pales.

If the FBI feels it has a case, they will recommend that she be prosecuted. Jim Comey is by all accounts a highly respected law officer, and a man of uncompromising standards, he has earned praised by Demoncats and Republicans alike. However, it is still up to Loretta Lynch to formally charge her, but after recommending charges be filed and she doesn't, will not look particularly good either. I don't think there is a lot of love for the Clintons inside the White House. Her charges may, in fact, open the door to a Moochelle candidate?

Just when you think that the Clinkton's are down, they rise up from the ashes and reinvent/rehash the same ole same ole. Look at their history. They have enough Libs with money convinced that they are the best thing since white bread, and they take donations for whatever, totaling mega millions. When they say that they are broke, like when Hill Billy left the White House, that means that they only have about a Mill(fluid cash) to work with at the time.
