Hagmann and Hagmann, who were and still are private investigators, prior to being on talk radio, have been unable to find any evidence that Ted Cruz's mother was born in the US and was a citizen at the time Ted was born in Canada. They have thoroughly searched through the records of the state in which she said she was born, and can find no birth certificate, or other records indicating she was born there. That doesn't mean that a birth certificate doesn't exist somewhere for her, possibly in another state, but they were unable to locate anything in the state she was supposedly born in. I believe they did a very meticulous investigation, or they would not have brought it up on their radio show. They are not ones to announce things of that nature, until they have investigated the matter very carefully. They have nothing against Cruz, they only want to see that the constitution is upheld. And if they have been unable to find anything, it's just a matter of time before the DimocRATs and the press start sniffing around in the matter.
Now if he were a DimocRAT, I'm sure the press would sweep this under the rug and all would be well, but since he is a Republican, they will make a huge issue out of it if a US birth certificate for Mama Cruz doesn't show up somewhere. We all know his dad was a Cuban refugee, and not a citizen at the time of Ted's birth, so that would make it very important that his Mother be a US citizen at the time of his birth, IF you want stand with the constitution, and the President being a Natural Born Citizen.
Perhaps that is why some congressmen are supporting Rubio, since the libtard press will hound Cruz to death over his eligibility to be President if an US birth certificate for his mother is not found.
That's a shame, I like him better than all the other congressmen running for President and I think he'd make a good one. But if he is ineligible, then there is nothing that can be done about it. Not in the short time left before the Republican Convention. It would require amending the Constitution, and 2/3rds or 3/4ths of the States ratifying it.
