Precisely why we need a real 3rd party so "The People" can have the candidate they want to vote for and not who "The Party" decides they want the people to vote for....

Christie played his spoiler role for Trump by attacking Rubio and now he can drop out. Christie another pseudo conservative. A man who can't manage his own weight problem wanted to manage the country. What a joke.Originally posted by JohnR View PostI heard Christie was going to consider dropping out, too. I hadn't heard Fiorina; I'd actually forgotten about her.Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.

Here is something I just ran across. Only 55% of the New Hampshire voters in the Republican primary were Republicans. 42% said they were "independents" and 3% admitted to being DimoCraps. I guess in New Hampshire you can vote in either primary, and it doesn't matter what party you belong too.

getsome, I'd love to see a 3 or more Party system, unfortunately they game is rigged to favor a two party system. A 3rd party would do better by replacing an existing party, like was done to the Whigs, back in the 1800's, than to exist as a 3rd party. Maybe they should rename the DimoCraps to what they actually are The Progressive-Socialist Party. They've run all the Blue-dog or Conservative members out, and the libtards have taken over. The liberal hippies that used to protest the war in Viet Nam, and talk up communism, are now sitting in Congress, and filling important positions in the various Federal Bureaucracies and the Administration.Tom

In New Hampshire only independents can vote in either primary. Most independents are closet liberal democrats. They vote for the weakest republican candidates in the primary and for the democrat candidate in the national election. The democrats have been pulling that sort of crap for years.Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.

A point of clarification please. If "The Donald" wins the presidency which one of his four wives will be the "First Lady"?Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.

So he's a three time loser. Three, four, who's counting? How many times have you been married, Tim?Originally posted by OvalNut View PostDonald Trump has been married 3 times, not 4. Google is your friend.
His wife's name is Melania.
Be well.

Actually, once.Originally posted by muggsy View PostSo he's a three time loser. Three, four, who's counting? How many times have you been married, Tim?
I had the very good fortune to marry my best friend, Della. We were married for 20 years and raised 2 wonderful children. I lost her to cancer 5 years ago. I will tell you that I am a widower now, since you inquired.
We stood on an altar in a church in front of 200+ of our family and best friends, and both said, "I do" to the vows which included, "until death do you part". And that is exactly what happened.

My point being that you and your wife demonstrated loyalty and fidelity. Two traits that "The Donald" seems to lack, but then again Trump is a conservative come lately and not a rock solid conservative at that. My wife and I took the same vows and were still together after 44 years of marriage. Congratulations on your success and I'm truly sorry for your loss.Originally posted by OvalNut View PostActually, once.

In view of that exchange, let's go for a little bit of levity - here's a pretty good description of Bernie:
