Here's a theory and reject it if you like:
1. Went to a hunting camp with other powerful men paid for by someone else (fact.)
2. "Entertainment" was provided.
3. One if the "entertainers" came to his room.
4. He had a heart attack during private entertainment.
5. The information feeds were shut down and fact was kept quite out of respect to the family.
6. He wouldn't be the first conservative to have outside family entertainment.

It's probably happened before, and could be the case here.

Of course he could have died in his sleep too. I know 2 people that happened to also.

Plausible, given that I have no idea what his private life is like. And to cover it up, the "entertainer" put his jammies back on and tidied up. Maybe the pillow just fell from behind his head onto his face.

I contacted Jocko. He said that he's only 72, but that he can use his as a jack handle in an emergency, if necessary. He also stated that salami has more than one mean in Italian, but didn't explain further. He's often somewhat vague.
