Great news. Actually, I was hoping that bush would stay in a little longer, taking some boy rubio votes.

Trump wins with 32.5% of the votes, Rubio is looking like he is edging out Cruz, 22.5% to 22.3%.

For a "liberal democrat", Trump is doing awfully well in the GOP Primaries so far. Even if you added Bush's 7.8% to Rubio or Cruz, they would have still lost.

Personally, I don't see how limiting Muslim immigration until we figure out how to vet them, building a wall along our southern border, pledging support for the 2nd amendment, getting rid of common core indoctrination, prosecuting Hillary for her crimes, building up the military, firing the corrupt leadership of the VA, eliminating gun free zones on military bases, signing an executive order calling for the death penalty for cop killers, ending "anchor babies", and many more common sense policies, as being things a liberal democrat would want to do.
I don't think Trump is the perfect candidate, but there is no such animal.

We still have Super Tuesday on March 1st, that will give us a lot clearer picture of how things are going and where they are headed. And then the next few primaries to see where the votes land from the candidates that drop out after March 1st. It would be nice if everyone that finished under Bush would go ahead and drop out before March 1st too, to see where those votes end up, I doubt that any of them are going to catch fire and jump up to the top 3 in any primaries, unless it's their home state. or something.
