I'm a pessimist, I admit. I tend to expect the dark side of issues hoping things will turn out differently. Here's what I believe . . . The FBI will eventually conclude their investigation of Hillary's emails and recommend charges be made. At this point, two scenarios can take place: Either AG Loretta moves forward and files charges in which case the POTUS steps in and pardons Hillary so the election can take place or, the AG will not file charges and the elections take place. Either way, Hillary walks and remains a Presidential candidate. Teflon queen.

In the event Hillary is elected President before she can be charged, I think she will be immune to prosecution until after her term(s) in office. Sure the Congress can try to remove her from office but the Dems will prevent that from happening. After she leaves office, another POTUS will pardon her. Some of us are more equal that the rest of us.

What do you think can happen?

I laughed hard this morning. Wife always has Good Morning America or something like that on and they showed her at the debate. I was able to swallow the little bit I threw up in my mouth, (I hate that first thing in the morning).

Anyhow she explained the reason nobody trust her is she's not a natural born politician. Be just tries to do what's best.

I was unable to contain the projectile vomiting on that one and had to dig up a fresh shirt.

You missed the other, more likely outcome:

AG Lynch chooses not to indict so that Hillary can proceed with the election. Trump gets elected. Hillary gets indicted and convicted.

I loved it when a Fox reporter asked her about Jimmy Carters statement that he would never lie to the American people and would she be willing to make the same statement....Her answer, Well I always try to tell the truth....The woman is a habitual liar and will lie when the truth would be easier....

I'm reading Dinesh D'Souza's new book, which claims the Democrat party is acting exactly like any criminal organization, stealing America. He did time with hardened criminals, and learned that they consider the FBI, DEA, etc. as just another gang to do battle with. I'm sure Hillary sees the FBI the same way, just another gang waging a turf war. And we members of the vast right wing conspiracy are another gang, out to steal her turf. She din do nuffin wrong.

I believe Hillary will not be indicted under the current administration. Her only hope to avoid indictment is to be elected President.
However, my belief is that Trump will be the next President, and he will green light her indictment through the DOJ under his administration, and his AG will proceed with that indictment.

If she wins, she skates free.

I can buy the first part but would disagree on the second. The liberals and the DNC would never allow that to happen. It's OK to ruin Gen. Petraeus who went to war for us but, big lowlife politicians are "too big to allow to fail". I hope this time, I'm wrong. Hillary would look cute in black and white stripes. According to Carly Fiorina, Hillery is running for the White House but she might end up in the "big house".

I got no nits left so no problem OvalNut.....I get it that you like Mr. Trump and so do a lot of folks that feel the Republicans sold them out and if he is the nominee I will hold my nose and vote for him because Daffy Duck would be better than Hillary but I don't think Trump or Cruz can beat her, just do the math.....Hillary has the 47% right off the top along with the black vote and the latino vote along with the millennials that will swing over to her from Bernie which will give her at least a lead of 55-56% or more and the key to the White House....I really really hope I'm wrong but I don't think so....This country has gone so far to the left that I don't think we will ever see another Republican President.....Hope I didn't bust your bubble but that's just how it is....Hillary belongs behind bars and not in the Oval Office but so it goes....
