  • GOP in Colorado is running a nice squeaky clean operation

    Not.

Or is the truth hidden somewhere inside this pile of dung?

    http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2016...ake-delegates/

Cruz delegate listed twice, Trump delegate deleted brom ballot. Nothing to see here, move on. It favors Cruz over Trump, so just pretend nothing happened. Right, Muggsy?

Either of these guys are the Establishment's worst nightmare as their little monopoly game will be exposed and finished!
Major party people, senators and house reps will be facing prison on BOTH sides, as they should.
and THAT is why they are ALL filling up their Depends, diapers....

More Trump political incompetence followed by whining. Can't believe people think he can run the country.
      Rest in peace Muggsy

Hence why I even though I am a conservative, I am a very proud to be a registered independent. I just can't align with either of the two major political parties and haven't been able to for a number of years.

Is "Independent" a party, or is it like in Florida where you register with "No party affiliation"? If we had open primaries I'd go back to NPA.

As it is, it's like joining a wholesale club. GOP's Club only sells bologna in the meat department and claims it's the healthiest kind of meat, while BJ's (named after Bill Clinton) only sells tofurky and claims it's filet mignon.

To summarise: it is a well known fact that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it. To summarise the summary: anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job. To summarise the summary of the summary: people are a problem."

President? Not the Zaphod Beeblebrox? Not the President? Many had seen it as a clinching proof that the whole of known creation had finally gone bananas. The President is always a controversial choice, always an infuriating but fascinating character. His job is not to wield power but to draw attention away from it.

Independent? Isn't that just another way of saying closet liberal. Bernie called himself an independent until he skipped over liberal and jumped into full blown socialisism. In the old days they used to call independents mugwumps. A mugwump is a bird that sits on a fence with his mug on one side and his wump on the other. We have a choice to make here. Do we vote for republican conservatism and freedom, or do we vote for democratic socialism and more tyranny. In my mind it's an easy choice.
Cruz is the most conservative, most intelligent and best prepared to do the job. He's a proven strict constitutionalist and a conservative gun owner with an A+ rating from the NRA. He's worked in the private sector as a lawyer (which isn't a bad word when you need one, Bawanna) and is a graduate of Princeton and Harvard Universities. He was a Law Clerk for William Rehnquist. He was the director of policy planning at the Federal Trade Commission and served as Solicitor General for the State of Texas before becoming a Senator. Unlike his opponent he has always been on the side of conservatism and now is the time for conservatives to be on his side. What's not to like?

I do have to say that not ONE delegate district voted for Trump, wreaks like a 2 day old dead fish, sitting out in the sun.....The establishments fingerprints are all over this one!
And don't think Brute, isn't planning on a dagger in Cruz's back in Cleveland.... They are honing the Blade as we speak.

How establishment Republicans plan to steal Trump's nomination:

Independents are more conservative than Republicans where I live. They also don't like to be told by the local Republican establishment that you will tote the party line or else even if the issue is unethical or corrupt. And yes I'm talking about the Republicans. The Democrats are even worse. Thats why the TEA party got such a good start.

I never thought I would see the day when Douglas Adams would look like a down to earth, sane person. But we are there. He was the sane one all along.

In my part of the country people call themselves independents when they are too ashamed to admit that they vote for liberal democrats. Hell, even liberal democrats call themselves progressives and progressive is just a euphemism for socialist. Where the heck are you from yqtshij? ( sorry, but I'm still having pronouncing yer screen name.) Ted Cruz was elected to the Texas senate by the TEA Party and was endorse by Sara Palin and Rand Paul. Everyone knew or should have known the rules in Colorado. They weren't hidden or made up at last minute. They've been in effect since the last presidential election. Besides you yourself know that all's fair in love, war and politics. Trump could have gone to Colorado, but chose not to. His mistake and not the fault of the republican party. What occurred wasn't unfair. It's only perceived to be unfair by those ignorant of the rule and perception of wrong doing always beats the truth doesn't it? Trump is just a sore loser.

                              Now thats bad right there.

I was raised hillbilly and now live in the DEEP South. The hillbilly part doesn't like government much at all. We'd rather have our freedom to make it on our own or die trying. Dont want the government to do much at all except keep the commies and illegals from crossing the border. Where I live now is about the same but more laid back. They still don't like the government much here either.

Truth be known the real reason Trump won big in most southern states is because he works for a living and never held political office, back to the not liking government thing. Probably as much libertarian as conservative down here and if the libertarians dropped their drug and prostitution stands they'd probably be more popular.

Side note for general education purposes: We don't have a race problem down here either contrary to popular opinion. We had our civil war. I've lived in NJ and been across the country and tell you there is a bigger problem north, east, and west than down here they're just not honest about it. Lots of folks are suprised at that when they come here but we aren't advertising because it would draw more liberals. Kids still say yes ma'am and sir and get their butt beat if they act up too. Oh, and we all DO own guns.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
