Obama makes promises to the UN and bends over backwards by speeding up the vetting process to deliver on that promise, putting this nations people at risk. He will no doubt go down in history as the worst, most traitorous president this country has ever seen. Assuming of course, there is a future non muslim generation left to judge history. He is a traitor by any definition.

Yes the worst. Yes the most traitorous. But also successful. He said he was going to "transform" America. Done a pretty good job so far and 7 months to go! Maybe 4 years when Hitlery gets coronated. If our conservative candidates don't quit spending all their time kicking sand in each others faces and get down to business that is exactly what is going to happen. Getting sick of both adolescent clowns throwing another election down the drain.

I find myself asking myself why Trump would want to be president. He's got money from here to the moon and back, numerous awesome places to lay his head, a beautiful wife that can hardly be improved on.

He sure don't need the money. I find myself thinking he's sick of it all just like us normal people and thinks he can fix it.

I would say he can do that only if congress and the senate approve but Ovomit seems to have circumvented that program so maybe he can actually do something.

I just don't see why he'd want to even go there.

This will hopefully be my last political arena post. I have to look now and then and frankly it's depressing and dragging me down. All this throwing up a little bit in my mouth is wearing on me. I thought about a hiatus till January or February from the forum entirely but then we'll just have a year of whining about who ever won or more accurately who was selected by the chosen to be president. Along with what the loser would have and could have done better and how we have so much to learn.

I better check the tool box, maybe there's a read only mode so I can contain myself a bit.

I agree with that Bawana. I've never been so disgusted with politics, politicians and elections. I keep reading about it all for some reason - kind of like watching a train wreck and you can't take your eyes of the disaster. It does get me depressed and stressed. I know it shouldn't but that's what point I'm at personally with it...

I agree totally.......................then you have to read the verbal bullying.................vote for anybody but Trump. Then come the pictures, it's all really old, ...really. The only way you'll stop it, is to get rid of the politics section...........at least until the vote is over.

Hopefully, most on here are educated enough to make the right decision on voting day. I've not interjected my position on anything that has to do with this impending election, and will not. I do listen to everyone's ideas and opinions, and all the information provided. It's a great forum, with some great members. I do get excited though,when someone posts on a gun related issue, which I read first. Sometimes, I wish more would break, to give us a welcome distraction.

It could be that he's just a power hungry narcissist like the current POS that currently occupies the White House. In an interview with the NY Times Trump admitted that he didn't believe half of what he was saying and that it was just campaign rhetoric designed to fire up the voters. Trump isn't a republican or he wouldn't be attacking the republican party. Primary rules apply to all candidates equally and in case you didn't notice, the game is only rigged against him when he loses a state. I'm a pretty good judge of character and I see someone who has very little and it ain't Cruz. He crucified Cruz, because someone from the Cruz campaign said that Dr Carson, a man who he called a called a liar, was dropping out of the race, but there is no comment from him on his people publishing the names and addresses of republican officials in Colorado that prompted his followers to issues death threats against them. I've never made a good decision in anger. It's time that all of us started using good sense instead of voting on emotion. Liberals vote on emotion and I doubt that many of my Kahr talk brothers and sisters would call themselves liberals. Well, maybe, one or two, but I won't mention any names.

Since this thread isn't about Trump, I won't feed that troll. History goes in cycles. Somehow, we had a cycle where The People (in Western culture) became educated and enlightened, generally adhered to Judeo-Christian principles, and lived morally. They wrote a Constitution, which they realized was only suited to governing a moral and ethical people. Then the cycle swung back toward cultural entropy, and with the help of the Global Monarchy (the true power-lusting narcissists), The People became petty, shallow, self-worshipping sheep. We're in between those historical paradigms now.

Unless a Conservative Enlightened group with a bottomless pit of money and power comes along to counter the ultra-left's ability to fund the acceleration of cultural entropy, all we can do is sit on our rocking chairs on the porch and watch the sunset.

I'm sure that many of you will applaud this message, but I have decided to take a rest from political comment. I only want to leave you with this one last thought. I sincerely hope that I'm wrong about Trump. If I am, no harm no foul. But, if I'm not wrong about Trump you will be paying the price long time after I'm gone. None of my posts were intended to offend, but rather to make you think. I've only said what I believe to be in the best interests of our freedom and country with no malice a forethought. None of these guys can be trusted any more than a rattlesnake in your bed. Unless one knows them personally, like had them over for dinner numerous times, chatted over a hunting campfire and rode in each others cars we only know what we're told.

What bothers me is the mud slinging. He can't be a good president because of his hair. Because he has a beautiful wife.
Because he's never been in politics.
These are things that we really need to shake up the good ole boys (Pelosi included) choke hold they have on the American people.

I'll still prefer to vote Cruz although he'll have an equally tough row to hoe since nobody already in the senate or congress likes him. And that's ok too, it doesn't have to be a popularity contest. But if history repeats itself they'll fight ever move he makes out of spite like the little hair pulling girlymen (Pelosi once again included) that they are.

Again due to incompetence and mud slinging we're gonna make history and have the first she (I use the term extremely loosely in this case) for a president. I could have predicted this when we let them smoke and drive cars, and VOTE.
