A Trump/Cruz Ticket Would Change the Game

So we're assuming Cruz plays second fiddle? I'm sure Trump won't. I realize all the Heidi/Deliciousness brouhaha is just theatrics, and Cruz is pragmatic enough to realize the long-term goals, but I don't see him taking a back seat to Trump. Someone else besides him, yes. But not The Donald.
