In a stunning interview with Breitbart yesterday, Trump campaign spokeswoman Katrina Pierson said that she’s been receiving messages from Sen. Bernie Sanders’ camp that the Vermont socialist’s supporters would come over to Trump if he wins the nomination.
Pierson’s remarks were part of her argument that Trump was the only candidate who could beat Hillary Clintonin the general election.
“I’ve got Sanders people sending me messages — it’s surreal — saying that if they steal the nomination from Bernie they’re voting for Trump,” Pierson said. “So he is definitely the only candidate that can beat Hillary Clinton in the fall.”

I find it a little hard to believe that Sanders supporters would jump over to vote for Trump, the only thing in common is that they both are anti-establishment and not corporate sponsored, which might appeal to the Sanders supporter. Seeing though how the Sanders supporters are showing up to protest at Trump events I don't see much solidarity between the two camps, maybe things will change seeing how Hitlery nearly has the nomination, only time will tell. It may come down to who they hate the least.

That correlates to my hunch that the only reason many Dems support Sanders is because they know Hillary is a disaster.

As with many (not all) Reps who support Cruz or Kasich because they think Trump is a disaster.
