The vast majority of Americans have never served AND the vast majority of Americans have no idea what the GI Bill is currently, let alone what is was 40 years ago.

That being said, I agree that someone who is running for the highest office in this country should at least have a clue.

Are you campaigning for Hillary or are you just against Trump?. How do you avoid comparing and considering the alternative in a two person race? Jeb Bush was the most qualified technically. Guess we could just write him in? Of the two I was a Cruz supporter all along. I also said in my earlier posts that he didn't have a chance. In the today's brave new political world a candidate must have looks and/or "charisma". Cruz had neither. Doesn't matter as it looks like we have a choice to make - Trump - Hillary - don't vote and elect Hillary.

There's a difference between a politician side-stepping a question for expediency and a reality show host showing complete ignorance because he didn't have a clue what the G.I.Bill was..or how to answer the question.

I can't believe the level his flock will stoop to defend him, regardless of how brain dead his comments are.

Doesn't really matter now. There's a couple scenarios to play out and none are very good.

The convention will pull some underhanded establishment BS to take away his nomination and insert someone we have no control over which will look very good for Hillary and she would win.

Everyone will share your attitude and not support him and either vote for Hillary or not vote at all which is the same as voting for Hillary.

Check back in a year or two when she gets rolling. You'll be Trumps biggest fan. He may indeed be an idiot but he's a far piece better than Hillary and he our idiot.
