Let me get this straight in my head....

Its bad for Zimmerman to sell the gun that he defended himself with.
"They" say its insensitive.

But "They" get to form a foundation, a self called "social justice" organization, committed to ending senseless "gun" violence.
I say, how about just... ending violence, like that which Travon Martin committed against Zimmerman, causing him to defend himself? Hmmmm?

I'm sorry to say, that whole Z thing sucks. Lets forget the trial. Z's behavior after the trial, in MY opinion, threw a dark cover on Z's character. Now I saw a headline citing $65 mil for his gun at auction. I understand that the media is against Z and will take every opportunity to trash this man. However, I feel they didn't have to try too hard either. Everything associated with this guy seems "icky". Am I the only guy, that carries a gun, who feels this way? That aside, I feel there is a big emotional difference between establishing foundations and auctioning a weapon that took a life. Sorry, I cant explain why though.

Well we ain't gonna end violence. Its been around since Cain slew Able, and hasn't hid too well in all those years.

As a brief aside, if Able was armed, say... with a Serbu Super Short 6" bbl., 3 shot, 12 gauge.... or even a PM9j, he woulda had a fightin' chance. Just sayin.

Anyway, violence ain't gonna end while we as a species breath air in these human bodies.

Back to the foundation, and Z...... ...... .....

Tony Publiese bought the Jack Ruby gun for $250,000. He then fired about 700 shots through it, selling 500 of those for $500 each, and others for (as I recall) $100). The $500 ones came in a walnut and glass case, with a picture of the murder, and an affidavit, and were individually serialized. The rest came in a small pillbox with letter of authenticity.

Tony made back his quarter million, and still has the pistol. I worked up loads for that pistol, just barely having them dribble from the barrel. I also removed the invariable (and only occasional) squib.

I can see somebody like Tony doing the same with the Zimmerman gun.

As for the foundation, they're using the name and likeness of a person who would be a felon, if he had lived. Martin is not a victim of "senseless gun violence", not a victim at all, but instead a terminal result of his own stupidity, his arrogance, his ingrained social development, and his delinquent upbringing. So, they got this foundation that goes out and finds the likes of Michael Brown's family, and team together using their dead relatives for "change" via sociopolitical strongarm tactics. They are closely allied with "Black Lives Matters", and supported by Al Sharpton.

There is a lovely black lady that I'm friends with at work. Christian lady, great mom. Her husband often drops her off and picks her up from work, and he seems like a great guy too. So I asked her about Michael Brown. As they say in NY.... fuggeddiboudit! No. Officer Wilson was wrong according to her. She acknowledges that Brown was doing wrong, attacked the officer, even committed crimes at the convenience store. But, she contends, he didn't have to "pay" with is life. Those things didn't deserve the death penalty.

I tried to reason with her. Did she think that Wilson killed Brown as judge, jury and executioner? Was that his mindset? Well no, she admitted that. Ok, did Wilson defend himself and fired BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS COMING NEXT, AFTER ALREADY EXPERIENCING VIOLENCE FROM BROWN? Yes, she concedes that. So, Wilson fired in self defense? No. He KILLED Michael Brown, like a dog in the street.

And I go, huh? What did I miss?

And so it is, that the infused socially corrupt mass victimization mindset has pervaded the likes of the otherwise great lady that I work with. Go figure.

The Travon Martin Foundation is one of the pusher's of that ideology. They're a pusher like the pusher of heroin. The more they push, the more believe. The more believe, the more it enables. The more enabled, the more they can push. Its an endless cycle of what amounts to a groupthink mental illness. A cancer of the social mores.

And, they... "They" cannot see that what they're doing is counter productive. They speak of "white arrogance, white dominance, white prerogative... you name it. But, yet, they continually seek to expand the list of victims, in hopes of remaining a victimized (and thus empowered) class. Victimization is empowering to a few at the top of that food chain.

And never once.... not once... to the point of denial.... do they ever mention all the street crime, which truly victimizes the people living in urban areas, especially people of color, no matter the race. And that is the real problem. That is the real victim culture, and cause.

This might all sound totally racist, from me. Its not. I started to, then realized I can't list all the people of color in my life... that I count on daily... as they count on me... for mutual prosperity and friendship. And that is the reason I get so pissed off about crap. And the TMF is crap. And who takes the heat? Zimmerman. Like George Bush, its always gonna be his fault, no matter what, from hangnail to hangman's noose.... its Z's fault.

For a "community" that is purported to be Christians, they certainly don't follow the Commandments. I have always thought that the parents of Trayvon Martin be held accountable for the lack of guidance and poor parenting that led to their sons demise.
