I just checked him out and I agree with a lot he says except his stance on the wacky backy. He says he's been off it for a bit and intends to stay off if he's elected since he wants to run on all cylinders, same as he's been on booze for several years.

What message does that send. Legalize the wild wood weed so there's zombie's running all over the place operating cars and trucks and tools that plug into electricity.

I like where he said there'd be less Orlando's if more people had guns. He's got that part right.

I see where Oprah endorses Hillery! Another waste of oxygen who's opinion I could care less about.

Because as governor of New Mexico he did nothing and will do nothing as president except make pot legal and smoke it up in the white house. There is NO clear candidate this time, they ALL STINK!

And New Mexico hasn't legalized weed. Do nothing seems like a positive alternative.

Why not Gary Johnson? Because he has absolutely no chance to win. I supported Trump because I believed he could win, I still think he can, but he has the deck stacked against him. Dems and Repubs alike are going after him. sometimes I think he's his own worst enemy. He needs to appear more polished and professional to gain the support of the voters.

I guess it just goes to show you. Our last 3 presidents, Romney and the Dem running now are all polished and professional. Very presidential. Sure has worked well, hasn't it. I thought the people were tired of the same ole, same ole. Guess not. I wasn't at all a Trump supporter until the primary was over. Now I am. Anyone who thinks he won't be better than Hitlery needs to do more thinking. Gary Johnson is nothing more than a spoiler and looser. If he had come out earlier in the primaries and gathered a large following it might be different. Anyone who votes for him deserves the outcome.

I'm not sure if this is a thread about Gary Johnson or a thread about a possible 3rd party. I hate to be part of the problem that perpetuates a two party system but every election cycle is the same: too much is at stake to risk squandering your vote on a lame-duck 3rd party candidate. So you settle for the best of the two main candidates. And pray.

I didn't really start it thinking one or the other. I am having a truly hard time deciding to vote for Trump. Think what you want about that. But the man is in it to polish the brand. And I find that repulsive. The libertarian stance fits well with my own, and I'm trying to fthink it through.

I struggled with it for a long time. I was a strong Dr. Carson supporter through the primaries. Finally after much internal debate I'm afraid it's going to be Hitlery or Trump in the White House. A third party will be nothing more than a spoiler for one or the other. If this is what it comes down to I will have to vote for Trump as I'll do anything I can to keep her out if for no other reason the Supreme Court will go far left. If she gets it I can feel like I did my part to avoid it. Sorry situation.
