The man is not stupid. When your boss (Lynch) and your boss's boss (Obama) both make it loud and clear they don't want you to recommend charges, you don't recommend charges. Simple

I've never understood the Joe Biden threat, the man is a clown. A buffoon. Let him be president, he'd be ten times better than 0vomit or Jailbait. Unless I'm missing something.

As Douglas Adams said (paraphrasing), the presidency is just a distraction from who's actually running things.

She was anointed President a few years ago just as Emanuel was anointed mayor of Chicago. We might just as well suck it up. Should we all go turn our guns in now to save ourselves the trouble later?

Frankly, I see no difference between what Clinton and Patraeus did other than the Justice Department threw the book at the General. If not seeing "criminal intent" in the Clinton investigation is the reason why FBI Director Comey is not recommending indictment, I'd say that was a political decision on the part of a man who wants to keep his job and is willing to sacrifice his reputation to do so. I'd say the Director made the wrong choice and we all have to live with it. It seems the stench coming from Washington gets stronger as I grow older. How I long for the days when all I knew about government was what I read in my civics book. This is truly a "transparent" administration, they don't pretend to hide anything, they just do it.

I had an interesting conversation with a Bernie supporter today when I asked him who will be voting for. He basically said he won't be voting. At that very moment it hit me who WILL be voting in the coming election.

                  1. Hard core party liners, regardless of how they think of their candidate.
                  2. Those who will vote for the sole purpose that the other candidate does not win.
                  3. Those who will vote for a candidate outside the two major parties.

I am beginning to think that this election will have a very low turnout due to those on the fence who don't want to see either candidate win. This will lead to the highest percentage of voters ever for minor party candidates, though they won't win and many, many folks will stay home as they will figure it doesn't even matter any more.

^^^ very astute. The candidate who gets the best core voter turnout will likely win. Most all of the undecided or middle of the roaders will stay home.

Paraphrasing FBI Director James Comey to Chairman of the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Jason Chaffetz: "Chairman Chaffetz, you did not TELL me you wanted a COMPLETE investigation on Secretary Clinton's email server scandal. Duh, I thought you just wanted the server investigated. You'll have to initiate forms GOV12204, GOV302-5, GOV3766-C, and GOV1040, all in triplicate with budget approval of the President and submit it through the DNC in order for me to do THAT!

This is all so unbelievable. I watched the Lynch hearing today about the way she handled the Hitlery e-mail probe. The demoncraps immediately turned it into a gun control debate and got away with it. Lynch would not answer questions. Surprise? Once again the Repubs got egg rubbed in their faces. They are totally inept. Anyone here going to the Hitlery coronation in January?

IMO, FBI Director James Comey was the "tip of the spear" in the investigation into the Clinton email server scandal. Rather than suffer the wrath of all Democrats, he elected to fall on his sword and recommend no indictment. His was an important task in determining if the Secretary acted properly to protect the security of the Nation and IMO, he failed to show that the Justice Department and FBI are not political hacks of higher office. The stench from Washington grows stronger each day.

I see General David Patraeus following this in complete disbelief.
