Mr. Keith Morgan went from rational discussion, to debate, to offensive strategy in debate, held his own on the high ground, and didn't back off. His point regarding the fact that police are so armed because they must deal with a criminal element, and to take away such arms from a responsible citizenry would leave the citizenry defenseless is an EXCELLENT point to argue. The "interviewer", and I use that term loosely, tried to make the argument that it is the police's place and responsibility to protect individual citizen, Which Morgan rightly pointed out as a bogus and ignorant lie. (Just try to sue the police for not protecting you or your property, and see where that gets you...) K.C., thanks again, and I too suspect that this "interview" didn't get any too much air time.
You folks have a wonderful forum here, far better than the usual unstable neighbors down the street have. You know--the one's with the AK-47's and the grenade lauchers and the nuclear weapons. Yeeah, those ones.
