Supposably, this law doesn't stand much of a chance to pass. However, it's terrible that they are even considering it!
Their intention is to ban all assault TYPE weapons and give people 90 days to
either turn them in, disable them or sell them to someone out of state.

The scary thing is that in every election, there are more people elected who are willing to introduce this type of legislation. It is our responsibility to get involved and help pro constitution candidates. Just hoping for the best will not help.

I live in Kansas and I believe there is no way the residents of Mo. would ever let a strong gun control bill to be passed. They are a hunting State and nearly everyone owns firearms and hunts. If any arms restrictions bill becomes Law I will be totally surprised.

Never assume these Intolerable Acts won't see the light of day. WA has a Senate bill that lets the police come into your home once a year to inspect your firearm storage safety practices.
