Nineteen 230 grain .45ACP boolets should be just as effective as two 00 buck loads, shouldn't it?

My CW45 should make a nice backup just in case it ain't.

I think most 00 buck is approximately equal to 8 38 cal pellets.
So yes,
I'd take 19 .45s over 16 .38s.

I personally go with 29 230 gr +P .45 Ranger Ts

It is a 10+1, but since Biden said "give 'em both barrels" I was adding in the 7+1 from my Springfield Armory 1911.
