  • My Bank Removed NO Weapons Signs

There may well be a silver lining to this relentless attack on our 2nd amendment rights.
People seem to be taking a deep hard look at their personal thoughts and corporate policies relating to firearms.

Thinking a sign will stop a bank robber.
When you really think about it.
Just doesn't make any sense at all.

I've never seen any, and I've been to a few banks to collect my meager lottery winnings and I definitely packed some heavy Kahr armament!

At the Credit Union I use you can carry concealed and/or open. However you cannot wear a hoodie, sunglasses or any hat or you will be escorted out of the building by local PD.

We're members of the VyStar Credit Union... military oriented, but not exclusive... and I go there to get my CCL renewal notarized... and of course, I'm always carrying... in the off-base branches, anyhow! The main office or branch is on NAS JAX, I believe.

I'm sure there may be some banks here in Texas that are posted............................but I've not seen one
On the internet, the number of posts do not correlate to actual knowledge.

Common sight here at banks. It never fails that the places often most likely to be robbed or targeted by active shooters like to put up "we are defenseless" signs.

I only been in a bank a couple times. Wife used to be a branch manager.

They deal with money, nothing in common with me.

My bank is not posted, but the manager was waitin' on me & he saw my CC permit when I showed ID. Immediately, he asked what I carried. I thought that maybe I was printin'. Then he told me why he asked. We had quite a discussion about guns. He had a CCW too.

It's state law her ein NC that you cant carry into a bank (concelaed) unless your a LEO. Not sure about open carry but doesnt seem like it would be a good idea to wlk into a bank with some hardware on your hip. I'm not saying I've never done it, just that it's a state law.
