According to one article I read they are charged with aiding after the fact.

Obama is yapping about Syria using chemical weapons on the rebels as "crossing the line". What concern is it to us? I'm figure the more they are occupied killing each other, the less time they have to plot against us. If we do stick our nose in it, more hatred will be our reward, so let's just back off and let them go at it. We see how well our meddling in Libya paid off, 4 dead and Obama went to bed. Must be terribly exhausting watching people that trusted you for protection left to the hands of an angry mob.

LZ, I don't mind you asking for the source, but it's been over a week or two since I read that, probably on WND.COM, TheBlaze, Or Bob Livingston's Personal Digest. I will see what I can find. I'll tell you one thing, ALL of this "birther" stuff has the Democrats in a frenzy, they are coming out of the woodwork to try and have the case thrown out of the Alabama court. "Me thinks they doth protest too much".

Did your Harvard/Yale applications list you as a foreign student?

Yup, that one where there's a monster ripping at the engine of a commercial airliner during a fierce electrical storm.
I googled: Alabama Judge Roy Miller and there is indeed a case being brought up on the vetting of a person prior to being allowed on any ballot in the state of alabama.

But they never did find that monster and the guy on the plane got wheeled off in a straight jacket and yes the engine cowling was damaged.
Hope I didn't ruin it by telling you the ending...

After they wheeled that guy on the plane away in a straight jacket to the loony bin they figured out he wasn't crazy after all and later on when he got out they even gave him his very own space ship and made him Captain and that there is a fact and I didn't read it on the internet either....
