I looked everywhere, but there was nothing in the background ... much less a bunch of Chechs.

        Czechs. Better than Chechens. :flag:

How would you know if was accessed by any other Feds.

How do you really know anything that the Feds do?

I used to be ok with background checks, now I'm not so sure.

This mostly address additional background checks, like private sales.

I'm completely opposed to that idea. Everyone needs a few clean guns on hand.

One tiny typo and there's no end to the torture. How does Jocko get away with it? Must be a gift from above.

Every time I hear that 80% of NRA members approve of criminal background checks I cringe. Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence? Will a background check prevent a criminal from obtaining a gun? Hell no! So what's the point? The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. What part of infringed don't they understand. One more hurdle to jump, one more hill to climb. One more way to get in your pocket. Lets discourage as many law abiding citizens as we can from owning a gun. Let's build a data base for gun confiscation. Unbelievable.

                    M:

You have to understand that those 80% are fallible humans; not really using their full cognitive abilities, understanding just what mischievousness that the info can be to those authorities capable of misusing it.
