  • SIG Loses Supressor/Silencer Lawsuit

    http://www.guns.com/2015/09/25/judge...ts-a-silencer/

No surprise here. SIG tried to pull a fast one and lost in Summary Judgment. They did not even come close to proving their so called case so NO CIGAR.

That has me asking myself what Sig's agenda is. They have their "arm brace" and now this. Not that I'm complaining.

If they could get that to pass as a muzzle brake and then sell legally a threaded outer shell to screw onto the end there would be your suppressor. Then someone would have to make the judgment that the 2 parts create the whole taxed/regulated item.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Want to see what will be the end of our country as we know it???

That has already been done. Under the statute even possessing the requisite parts that could be readily assembled into a suppressor are regulated items already.
