This is basically came from the assualt weapons ban from Highland Park, Illinois and now up before the Supreme Court. Do cities have the right to ban certain guns because they fit a certain criteria?

If it's struck down, good. But if it stands I don't see any changes anywhere. Places that want to infringe the 2A are already doing so with impunity.

I don't own any assault weapons. I own a semi-automatic paramilitary firearm. Lets call it like it is. My black rifle has a safety, not a selector switch and there is no bayonet lug.

I don't have a "assault rifle" either. I have an AR15 that is used for target shooting and possibly for self defense if necessary. Only the military has assault weapons. It wouldn't surprise me if they try to outlaw them too. I guess it wouldn't really hurt anything as our military have become crosswalk guards under this administration.

I've got a bayonet lug (no bayonet though. "O" says they aren't used any more.)

Oldest son has 2 with bayonets and another one that has a flip out bayonet. I cant remember what it is with the flip out
