    It is very vague and leaves a lot of open ends.

    Another of the many Cuban RINOs from south Florida that has visions of becoming governor... Senator or maybe even a run for the presidency in the next general election. and is kissing the overwhelming liberal population of the area for support!

      Something will come down from BATFE without legislation since the NRA released their statement that there should be stricter regulations on bump stocks. If that happens this bill will die on the vine.
